I have found so many amazing shops and products just by scrolling through my Instagram feed. They say (who the heck are "they?") that a recommendation from a friend is worth so much more than a paid advertisement and I am living proof of that. If one of my friends talks about a product that they really like and posts about it on Instagram, I can guarantee that I will be clicking through to said product's company and checking out what they have. And that is where I get into trouble...
Because I have found so many cute things and I just can't stop. Please make me stop!
Case in point: I saw these incredible shirts from Riley Clay all over my Instagram feed and started following Riley Clay immediately. Well, every time a Riley Clay shirt (in particular a "Jesus Saves, Bro" shirt) would pop up in my feed I would always feel the urge to purchase one. And finally I did. But I didn't just get one for myself, I bought them for the whole family. Because, why not?
Instagram is all about pictures and I love that I am able to see a company's product photographed in many different ways and showing all of the different uses. Instagram gets the marketing job DONE for A LOT of companies.
And because I always share the wealth, I thought I would share a few of my favorite shops that I discovered via Instagram.
blisstulle - I wish I had known about this shop when Tolar and I were engaged because I definitely would have worn one of their gorgeous tulle skirts in our engagement photos. I swoon (and like!) every single engagement photo that the company posts on their profile.
Rustic Little Roost - This shop is FULL of awesome signs with inspirational quotes and scripture. I have to keep myself from purchasing everything. I am VERY excited about the nativity scene sign I just purchased from Rustic Little Roost, it will be a great addition to my growing nativity scene collection.
Modern Burlap - We love muslin blankets in our house and I adore the monochromatic prints available from Modern Burlap. The blankets are perfect for a boy or a girl and the prints are so cute.
Re-Play - Children's tableware that is bright and fun and made from recycled products? Um yes, I'll take them all. I love all of the awesome colors available which makes dinner time that much more enjoyable (and we need a lot of help these days!). (Stay tuned, a full Re-Play post will be coming to this blog very soon)
What about you??? Any good shops that you follow on Instagram that I should check out? Tell me about them in the comments below.
