Do you guys remember my "Get This Butt In Gear" series that I started last summer to chronicle my post-baby weight loss journey? Yeah, apparently I have forgotten about that too.
But let me introduce you to my friend Shannon, aka Coach Moholland, who has never forgotten about getting her butt in gear. The girl has a killer body and she works hard for it and is committed to helping you work hard for it too. Shannon is a Beach Body coach and wants to help you reach your fitness goals. If you are lucky enough to know Shannon in real life, you know just how positive and uplifting she can be. But this amazing space called Blogland helps you get a chance to interact with Shannon even if you don't live near her. So check her out and get inspired!
To help you kick off your summer workouts in a big way, Shannon is giving away the Insanity Fast & Furious Workout DVD and a Shakeology Sampler (one packet of each flavor - Chocolate, Strawberry, Vanilla & Greenberry). The DVD gives you an awesome workout in only 20 minutes - ummm hello, sign me up!!!

What an awesome giving way. Right now I'm on my 3rd week of the regular Insanity
ReplyDeleteAwesome! Congratulations making it to week 3! Insanity is a tough one!
DeleteMy biggest struggle is consistency. I get lazy and I guess it is because I lack motivation. :(
ReplyDeleteAshley - what kind of support system do you have? It can be hard to stay motivated without any friends or family who are into fitness. My husband doesn't workout and I'm lucky if I can get him to go out for a run once every year or two. I don't even have any friends around me who have the kind of lifestyle I have. So I get how hard it can be without external motivation. What is your Why and what are your goals? I would love to connect with you on the FB page. I offer Challenge groups for support/motivation pretty regularly. Let me know if I can help!
DeleteMy biggest struggle is injuries/my body failing me - breathe wise I can run for miles but I always have to stop even when not out of breathe because of either sciatic pain or ankle pain Achilles tendinitis pain, etc..usually combinations of a few things- it's so frustrating.
ReplyDeleteElle, I'm sorry to hear you deal with so many injuries. What do you do besides run? Do you incorporate Pilates or Yoga? At the risk of sounding salesy, I think you would benefit from PiYo that is being released towards the end of the month.
DeleteThis is such a great giveaway!! I have done insanity before and I saw so much progress.
ReplyDeleteThe biggest struggle with my fitness is trying to tone up my stomach. I am slowly getting there and hopefully soon.
ReplyDeleteI have the same issue...I can tone up every where else but even in my best condition never had abs to show. Eating habits are the key to success in that area of the body!
DeleteStopping emotional eating !
