High Five For Friday

Thank goodness the weekend is here (I sound like a broken record on Fridays, I realize that). Work was brutal this week, so I am celebrating the little things that made my week so much better.

1.) I love painting my nails and I am in love with this fab fall color from Essie, Wrapped in Rubies. (Bonus, I painted my nails to match my shoes for a photo shoot with Tolar and myself – can’t wait to share those pics with you!)

2.) I’m super glad the election is over. Yes, it is wonderful that we live in a country where we get to voice our opinion and elect the person who runs the country, but the negative tv ads are too much for me to handle.

3.) It was mighty cold this week, but JoJo made me feel all warm inside by being so cute. He loves to be snuggled under blankets!

4.) This hasn’t happened yet, it’s actually happening tonight, but I KNOW it will be awesome and should be on this list. My church is having a prayer and worship service tonight starting at 7 p.m., kicking off 24 HOURS of prayer and worship where people can come and go as they please. How awesome is it to know that your church is open even at 3 a.m. if you need someone to pray with you? So blessed to be a member of DC Metro Church!
