Current Crush: Flats

This post is going to come as a complete shock to some of my friends, but I’m currently crushing on FLATS! Yes, I said it, yes I have finally gone over to the dark side, but seriously, there are so many cute flats out there I just can’t help myself. 

I’m the girl who practically lives in heels since I’m short and hate my short legs. Heels help elongate my legs, which I adore. I’m known for wearing heels; when people at work hear the clicking of heels on the floor, they know it’s me walking down the hall. 

So who am I now? I’m a flat shoe lover. I’m by NO means saying I am giving up my heels, I’m just saying that there are so many cute flats available that I will just add them to my shoe collection.  Flats come in every color, pattern, design, whatever. You name it, there is a flat that looks like it I’m sure. And right now, Frock Candy has some seriously cute flats as well. I already told you earlier this week how much I love Frock Candy and the fact that they have so many great styles in my current crush just makes me love them more.

So here’s to embracing a new, flat shoe [occasional] wearing me. (I’m sure my 65 year old self will thank me.)
